Idea was to renew the bearing in and around the swing arm area. Got a bit carried away last night with me spanners and ended up stripping the lot! Only had trouble with 1 bolt which was the bold that holds the end can on to frame, other than that, everything came off nice n easy
Thought i`d check to see if frame was bent. Seems since i welded the bike frame last year or so ago due to corrosion causing a break at bottom of frame where the bash plate/peg sits, the bike as never felt right.
When i took it for mot last year, the tester pointed out my wheels were out of line by 3.5 inches!

Played with forks/yolks and back wheel trying to aline the wheels, but never any luck
Got buckaroo lee round tonite with his laser gear to find frame is out half inch
I`ll be cutting and hammering the frame back to something like in the next few days
Seems while riding the bike not knowing at the time the frame had snapped, it had twisted it out of line and didn`t think to check before welding it. I`ve been riding the banana jalopy since, and i now know why i kept hitting them stone walls when trying to corner on them bends
As u can see from the laser bottom pic, right at the bottom of frame is way out of line! So its cut frame where i last welded it up and jig it back in place, laser it up again, then maybe get either krashaski or buckaroo to make a nice job of welding it back together for me

as my welding as not improved since day 1, even with all the personal and forum tips i got in the past
The G clamp was used as weight to balance the frame on the stool. The laser line below the g clamp should be centre of the 2 bolt brackets but the line is sitting very close to the right bracket
