This site/file is for
that as vista installed on there pc/laptop and might have probs in the future starting up their machine.
Its a iso file which will need burning to a disk via magic-iso or any program that can burn iso files. Nero may burn it, but reading the comments on this page, it seems nero makes a mess of it.
Once on disk, u can just place it in the cd drive, reboot the pc and it will start up vista and give options to fix/restore the operating sytem.
I suggest any 1 with vista to download it before they haven`t got internet access when the system crashes, example ITCHY!!
Personally i think vista is a pile of sh1te and is for the eye candy folks that haven`t a clue
